This patio home lives large. The living room is very good sized and the dining room is totally open with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has range, microwave and dishwasher. The bedrooms are both very large with plenty of closets. There is a deck in the back off the kitchen that looks over a vacant field. The location is just one block off of Republic Road which makes it very convenient to any service needed.

The pet policy found on our home page applies to any cat or small dog for this home.

The fully refundable security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. A prepaid cleaning fee of 30% of the rent will be paid at time of signing lease to be applied when vacating.

Lease will expire April 30, 2027 and auto renew on July 1 of each year if tenant/landlord does not elect to terminate between April 30 and July 1. Move out options are April 30, May 31, June 30. Buyout option available if tenant needs to break lease.
