This is a very fun floor plan with lots of great family space. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground level with the master suite at one end of the house and 2 bedrooms with bath between them at the other. The 4th bedroom is upstairs as a bonus room and half bath. There is nice carpeting, wood floors and ceramic tile through out the home. There is a small side yard fully privacy fenced with playground equipment. All this located on a quiet dead end street in the Sparks addition. When viewing the video, be aware that the two bedrooms with color on the walls have been painted to look like the rest of the house which you can see in the pictures posted.

The fully refundable security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. A prepaid cleaning fee equal to 30% of the monthly rent will be paid at time of signing lease to be applied when vacating.

Lease will expire April 30, 2027 and auto renew on July 1 of each year if tenant/landlord does not elect to terminate between April 30 and July 1. Move out options are April 30, May 31, June 30. Buyout options available if tenant needs to break lease.
