Our management service is offered in one of two ways.
1. We will find, screen and sign a tenant to a lease for a set fee and then we are out of the picture.
2. We take full responsibility for the property: leasing, collection, maintenance, managing tenant relations, staying on the right side of the law, being on call for any emergencies that come up, conducting periodic property inspections, handling the accounting, and issuing monthly reports and year end reports to use for tax preparation.
One of the major benefits we offer an owner who chooses the second option is allowing them to remain anonymous while enjoying the benefits of ownership. We never give out our owner client’s name or contact info to anyone unless requested to do so by our client.
